Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute annual and long-term business plans for the Municipal Group
  • Oversee revenue, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting with full P&L accountability
  • Lead major municipal infrastructure projects (roads, stormwater, public works) with technical oversight and QA/QC leadership
  • Build and strengthen client relationships; represent municipalities at public meetings and forums
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and project managers
  • Champion process improvements, technology adoption, and best practices across the group
  • Support pursuit strategies and proposals to drive client and market growth

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • PE license highly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive municipal/civil engineering experience with leadership responsibility
  • Proven success managing large-scale municipal projects and delivering profitable results
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship skills, and ability to lead teams effectively
  • Familiarity with project management/financial tools (Ajera, CRM systems)
